Mechanical Engineer

Uses customer product requirements supplied by the sales department to create drawings and process documentation for use by the manufacturing and/or engineering department to generate products.
Designs jigs and fixtures for use in production areas. Troubleshoots product design and product assembly methods.
Assists in assembly product quotations.
Troubleshoots equipment problems. Analyzes mechanical or process problems and takes corrective action within scope of responsibilities. Must have hands-on approach to troubleshooting and diagnosis of equipment operation problems, make adjustments, replace component parts, and arrange for external repairs.
Maintains accurate and complete records of assigned engineering projects.
Meets/visits with customers to discuss technical issues and new product or process developments.
Attend trade shows as assigned.
Must possess innovative and creative problem solving skills.
Familiarity with machine shop capabilities.
CAD Experience (Solidworks desired)
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Affordable health care
We give our employees a choice of
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) or Preferred Provider
Organization (PPO). Employee premiums and co-payments are low, while
the quality of medical care is high.
Prescription maintenance
Medications are available by mail
order for both the HMO and PPO plans, in addition to the
prescription drug cards accepted at participating pharmacies.
Dental coverage
Dental coverage is offered at a
nominal cost. It provides $1,500 in preventive and restorative

The loan provision in our 401K
Savings Plan allows you to borrow up to 50% of your account balance,
then repay your own account principal plus interest.
