Affordable health care

We offer our employees quality medical coverage through a PPO plan.  Polymicro and its employees share in the cost of the premiums.

Prescription maintenance

Medications are available by mail order, in addition to the prescription drug cards accepted at participating pharmacies.

Dental coverage

Dental coverage is offered at a nominal cost to employees and their dependents.

Vision coverage

Vision coverage is offered in conjunction with medical benefits. Employees are eligible to receive reimbursement for exams, frames, lenses or contact lenses.

Other insurance

Company paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment equal to $50,000. We also cover the full cost of short and long term disability benefits.

401K Savings Plan

Employees may choose to contribute up to 15% of their pay each pay period.  Currently, the company matches the first 4% of pay contributed to the plan through salary deferral

Educational Assistance

Polymicro Technologies encourages you to achieve your personal and professional goals for higher education through our Educational Assistance benefit. When you achieve a grade of “C” or better, Polymicro Technologies will reimburse you 100% of the cost of tuition for courses taken at an approved and accredited academic institution.

Memberships Paid by the Company

Employees who wish to become members of professional organizations or societies may request reimbursement of annual dues or membership fees.

Employee Bonus Program

Provided budget goals are achieved and/or exceeded, bonus checks are issued to all eligible employees at the end of the bonus period.
