Polymicro
Technologies LLC Releases Smaller Spools
Phoenix, Arizona,
USA, Mar 8, 2004 – Polymicro Technologies, LLC announced today a new
packaging format for many of their popular capillary tubing products.
These Styrofoam spools are smaller and lighter to provide reduced
shipping and handling costs. The new spools, to be used for shipments
of 50 meters or less, are only 7 inches in diameter by 2 inches thick.
This smaller footprint will allow customers to minimize storage
requirements. Flange labeling has been added, making it easier to
locate the desired product when stacked with other spools. Expect to
see these new spools in your laboratory soon. The traditional, larger
spools will still be used for high volume shipments.
