This fiber configuration is
designed for users who need a pure synthetic fused silica fiber to meet
unique environmental conditions. Polymicro Technologies can supply this
in-house manufactured fiber in various sizes. Core sizes range from 100µm
to over 600µm with tight diametrical tolerances and excellent
concentricity. This fiber can also be packaged in custom configurations to
customer specifications. Aluminum buffer thickness' range from 20µm to
45µm.
